Patient Experience

The Patient Experience Team are responsible for facilitating patient, carer and stakeholder groups to ensure that we are offering the very best experience.
Patient, carers and family members are able to provide feedback about their experience of using our services by completing a survey. You can also fill in a patient feedback survey here: iWantGreatCare

• volunteering
• attending meetings
• joining focus groups or workshops
• commenting on draft policies
• participating in recruitment panels
